Each project begins with a metric survey and workflow analysis. We don't adjust the space to the furniture, but the other way around: first we define circulation, acoustics, and natural light, and then we select the finishes. This avoids costly corrections on site.
We coordinate directly with installers, carpenters, and glass and metal suppliers. We don't delegate supervision to an external project manager. This reduces response times to unforeseen events and maintains design consistency down to the last detail.
We deliver a document with cleaning specifications, material replacement guidelines, and critical wear points. It's not a generic manual: it's written for the specific building, using the local suppliers we work with on site. This way, the client knows what to do when a joint wears out or a panel gets scratched.
We don't work with HR intermediaries or decoration committees. Decisions are made with the CEO, operations director, or facility manager. This allows us to align the budget with business strategy without filters that dilute technical judgment.
We include a delay clause in the contract with a direct discount on the fee. It's not a marketing promise: if the work is prolonged due to reasons attributable to our team, the client pays less. This forces us to have realistic project planning and a secured stock of critical materials.
